प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना के सात वर्ष पूरे | Prime Minister Mudra Yojana (PMMY) Completes Seven Years

प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना (PMMY) के 08 अप्रैल 2022 को सात वर्ष पूरे हो गये। यह योजना 8 अप्रैल 2015 को आरम्भ की गई थी। यह एक केन्द्रीय योजना है। इस योजना का प्रमुख उद्देश्य गैर निगमित, गैर कृषि, लघु अथवा सूक्ष्म उद्योगों आदि से व्यवसायिक तौर पर जुड़े लोगों को 10 लाख तक का ऋण उपलब्ध कराना है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत अब तक 18.60 लाख करोड़ रु. की राशि के लिए 34 करोड़ से अधिक ऋण दिया जा चुका है। महिला उद्यमियों को कुल ऋण का लगभग 68% दिया गया है। नये उद्यमियों को लगभग 22% ऋण दिया गया है। इस योजना के माध्यम से छोटे व्यवसायियों को आर्थिक रूप से सहायता प्रदान करने का प्रयास किया गया है। इस योजना ने उद्यमियों को जमीनी स्तर पर बड़े पैमाने पर रोजगार के अवसर उत्पन्न करने में सहायता दी है। इस योजना के माध्यम से देश के लाखों छोटे व्यवसायी स्वतंत्र रूप से कार्य कर सकते हैं और स्वयं का रोजगार आरम्भ कर सकते हैं। इस योजना के द्वारा लघु व मध्यम उद्यमियों की आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार हुआ है।

Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) completed seven years on 08 April 2022. This scheme was launched on 8th April 2015. It is a central scheme. The main objective of this scheme is to provide loans up to 10 lakhs to the people who are commercially engaged in non-corporate, non-agriculture, small or micro industries etc. So far Rs 18.60 lakh crore has been released under this scheme. 34 crore loan has been given for an amount of Rs. About 68% of the total loans have been given to women entrepreneurs. About 22% loans have been given to new entrepreneurs. An attempt has been made to provide financial assistance to small businessmen through this scheme. The scheme has helped the entrepreneurs to generate large scale employment opportunities at the grassroots level. Through this scheme lakhs of small businessmen of the country can work independently and can start their own employment. The economic condition of small and medium entrepreneurs has improved through this scheme.

प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना के सात वर्ष पूरे होने के अवसर पर, प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना ने अनगिनत देशवासियों को अपना कौशल प्रदर्शित करने का अवसर दिया है। इस योजना की सहायता से उद्यमी स्वयं का रोजगार उत्पन्न कर सकता है। मोदी जी ने कहा कि "सरकार जमीनी स्तर पर उद्यमिता बढ़ाने और आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण के साथ रोजगार सृजन को बढ़ावा दे रही है।"

On the occasion of completion of seven years of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi said that the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana has given an opportunity to countless countrymen to display their skills. With the help of this scheme, the entrepreneur can generate his own employment. Modi ji said that "Government is promoting employment generation along with enhancing entrepreneurship and economic empowerment at the grassroots level."

वित्त मंत्री श्रीमती निर्मला सीतारमण ने कहा, कि प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना के अंतर्गत स्वीकृत किये गये कुल ऋण में से 51% से अधिक ऋण अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति व अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के लोगों के लिए स्वीकृत किया गया है। यह योजना सामाजिक न्याय की योजना है। इस योजना को प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी की परिकल्पना "सबका साथ, सबका विकास" के साथ चलाया जा रहा है। श्रीमती सीतारमण ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना ने मुख्य रूप से छोटे व्यवसायियों के लिए अनुकूल परिस्थितियाँ बनाने में मदद की है। इस योजना के द्वारा जमीनी स्तर पर बड़ी संख्या में रोजगार के अवसर उत्पन्न किए गए हैं।

Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman said that out of the total loan sanctioned under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, more than 51% loans are for the people belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes has been approved. This scheme is a scheme of social justice. This scheme is being run with the vision of Prime Minister Shri Modi "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas". Smt Sitharaman said that the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana has mainly helped in creating favorable conditions for small businessmen. A large number of employment opportunities have been created at the grassroots level through this scheme.

वित्त राज्य मंत्री डॉक्टर भागवत कराड ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना का प्रमुख उद्देश्य सूक्ष्म, लघु और मध्यम उद्यमियों को बिना किसी परेशानी के संस्थागत ऋण उपलब्ध करवाना है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत नीति आयोग द्वारा चिह्नित किये गये महत्वाकांक्षी जिलों के लाभार्थियों की बढ़ती संख्या को ऋण उपलब्ध कराया गया है।

Minister of State for Finance Dr. Bhagwat Karad said that the main objective of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana is to provide institutional credit to micro, small and medium entrepreneurs without any hassle. Under this scheme, loans have been made available to an increasing number of beneficiaries of aspirational districts identified by NITI Aayog.
